I would like to take a moment to sincerely thank Kenya at BLOOM Apartments for the exceptional kindness and professionalism she showed while helping my daughter, Tyrah Broadnax as she begins the exciting journey of finding her very first apartment. Kenya was patient, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to answer questions and guide her through the process with genuine care. Moving into a first place can feel overwhelming, but Kenya made the experience while looking feel comfortable and positive from the start. Her warm personality and dedication truly stood out, and we are so grateful for the support she provided. Thank you, Kenya, for making such a meaningful first impression and for treating my daughter with such respect and kindness. Very Respectfully, Queenie Davi
We lived at Bloom Apartments for three years, and I wouldn't wish the experience on anyone. On the surface, it looks clean and modern, but that polish wears off fast once you realize how little this place actually cares about its residents. From the beginning, we were forced into their "mandatory rent package" -- a bundle of "amenities" you can't opt out of, like trash valet and internet, which is typical of most corporate owned housing these days. Fine. But both were constant headaches. Trash pickup was inconsistent and often skipped if they decided a bag was too heavy. The "included" internet went down constantly, and getting their tech support to respond could take days. We work from home, so that wasn't just an inconvenience -- it was lost income. Meanwhile, every single year, the re
We all have different experiences. Some worse than others. What one may complain about, another may not have an issue with. I read the reviews and was a little nervous but I really like the layout of the apartments so I went for it. Only giving 4 stars because they could be better at answering the phones but I can say they DID call me back after I left a message. Move in experience exceeded my expectations. I mainly worked with Brandon who was/is enjoyable to communicate with. Any issue or concern that I had was tackled promptly and I appreciate that! No complaints for the move in process. Everything went smoothly. I’ll be back in 6 months to give an update. I love my new apartment 💖
As far as the apartment it is definitely nice and by the way its my first apartment. Here are my problems and why I honestly wouldn't recommend. Living on the Tenaya side the gym doesn't stay open but the Gowan side does. There are a lot dog feces. I've addressed this issue numerous times. Still smells like dog shit and the odor is horrible. The people who are at the office have poor communication skills and customer service. How they speak will definitely make you want to get out of character. They don't care about nothing of your issues and complaints. The maintenance guys are pretty cool and they will come asap. They do not deliver messages well and will gaslight you. The water was being cut off every week and they said they gave everyone notices. I spoke to my neighbors and previous re
