Left feeling robbed, taken advantage of and not supported. My husband and I moved in about a month ago and have experienced NOTHING but issues since we moved it. We relocated from Charlotte and did not have a chance to tour the property before moving due to my job's timeline. Once we arrived for our move in day I was appalled and filled with rage that we were allowed to move into such a disgusting house. It looked like the previous tenants had an emotional teenager who knocked holes in the walls, then those spots were covered by new paint instead of the whole wall being correctly painted. So the spots stand out like a sore thumb! There were cobwebs in corners, cabinets not wiped out with sticky residue and crumbs left, high touch point areas were still covered in grime and dirt, mold grow

Tyler was amazing! From the moment he entered my home, he greeted me with warmth, kindness, and professionalism. He showed genuine care for my well-being and took the time to ask about my experience in my home, which I truly appreciated. He completed my work order quickly and efficiently, everything was done in about five minutes. He even retrieved a necklace my mom gave me for Christmas from the sink pipe, which truly made my day. His positive attitude and excellent service made the entire experience a pleasure.
