Bliss Realty and Investments

My wife and I had a very positive experience with the Bliss Realty and Investments group. Our agent was Stephanie, and she was so caring, attentive, and professional. She listened to everything we said, answered all our questions, and was completely professional throughout the entire process. We also worked with Andrew, who had a great upbeat attitude, and who gave us the same level of attention and care that Stephanie did. Both Stephaine and Andrew at Bliss Realty and Investments made our journey of buying our first home a very happy experience. We would highly recommend both of them to anyone who is looking for a caring team to help you find your next home!

I have been working with one of their agents, Phillip Pickard For a new business location and they had no problem helping me out when it was new and they were gonna get commission on it but right when everything got signed and they needed to help fulfill their contractual obligations they vanished. Can't get a hold of anyone at their company after numerous emails and calls. It also states they have a location that's downtown which is not true. Their location downtown doesn't exist. I would be very wary about this company. It sounds like they're going under and I do not recommend utilizing this company for any reason. I absolutely loved working with Stephanie Bishop as my realtor through Bilss Realty! She was very knowledgeable and honest about the home buying process! As a first time home buyer I had no clue what to expect and Stephanie went above and beyond to help me understand all of the ins and outs!!! I would highly recommend!

I loved working with Robin !!!! She was amazing and didn’t push me in to anything and listen to all my requests and got me into the home for me and my family after a big move from over states . I just want to thank you once again for the long process but it’s was worth it . The company also was great and if you need someone to do your loan I would prefer working with Bliss and use one of the realtors there .

Tried contacting Mara several times regarding a property. When she finally responded she didn’t mention anything about it already having an offer accepted. She said she was driving and would call back...never did. We insisted because we were interested but she never responded that day. Next day after more attempts to contact she responded that it was under contract. Didn’t even mention the seller WAS accepting back up offers and even after we told her we wanted to do a back up offer she told us someone else from the office would contact but no one ever did. She’s too busy I guess to show any interest in people regardless of the interest one shows. She also has bad text and phone manners. Not professional.
