Honestly, I don't know why I haven't written this review earlier. We are currently building a home with Empire. The homes are beautiful, and we are so excited, but this review is more specifically about Kimberly! She's amazing. I truly feel like she has our best interest as her number one priority and is amazing to work with! Even when everything isn't perfect in the house (yet), she just has this incredible way of making me realize that it's all going to be just perfect in the end! Thank you so much, Kim!!

These homes are beautiful!! Kimberley is amazing and will definitely go above and beyond for your needs to build your dream home! She helped us the whole way through our building process. From picking the lot to dealing with parking 😂 she is a great person and someone we were so happy to work with. If you’re looking for the perfect place to build your family or become a first time home owner you have found it here! Blanco vista is a beautiful community with beautiful people! Felix also was such an amazing help to us with walking the home with us and helping us with any questions we had about the new home! Trust that you are in good hands with these two amazing people in your corner

Kim provided exceptional service. She was very attentive and respectfully answered our many questions about the home and the community. She was interested in us as people not as just customers. I have rarely encountered that in dealing with individuals in other homebuilding companies. I truly hope that we can continue to work with her in purchasing our home.

Blanco Vista is a great place. The people at Empire are very nice, caring and helpful.
