We are so happy with our Castle Rock home in Blanco Vista. What made the experience great was the help of the sales consultant Larry. Such a nice guy who always answered all our questions and concerns in a timely manner EVEN AFTER we closed on our home! Also the construction manager for the job, Jacob, was always helpful and quick quick to respond to any issues or concerns we had. We could not be more content with our purchase!

My husband and I signed a contract for our first home together in April 2019 and closed May 2020. Overall we love the lay out and the house, although there could be some changes (size of pantry, kitchen cabinet space, etc). My BIGGEST complaint is the finish details of the home. I had a call from the Project Manager (person above Sales Consultant) a week or so after we closed on the house. He asked if we were pleased and if we had any concerns. I attempted to express my concerns and the response I received was “Yeah that’s part of the process and happens”.
