Dear Blanchard and Calhoun, usually don’t go this route however no more patience. I have never rented before and my first time is the nightmare I wanted to avoid. I rented a property on 715 Spotswood Dr in Evans Ga from April 2024 to 6/4 2025. Paid on time (copies of all checks) and reported all issues appropriately. We used our own money as well to paint the house because the walls were filthy and we did receive $500 off the security deposit because of the dirty walls. The lease date ended on 4/30/25 but with proper communication to Dennis Smith we were able extend until 6/4/25 to be exact. Reason for leaving was my employer relocated me where I purchased a house. This has to be the worst rental agency I have ever been with. I would definitely NOT recommend them to anyone!!! Amanda and Megan Russell are horrible realtors and I would avoid working with them. They don't care about your concerns and you are forced to take matters into your own hands to get stuff done!

I would have to say my overall experience with Sherry Sanders was very unpleasant. The one and only time I decided to call her. She answered extremely rude, saying she didn’t have an answer for me and as soon as she did, she would reach out which by the way, she didn’t reach out to me. She reached out to a third-party While I’m happy I got my home I wouldn’t recommend Sherry Sanders. She’s extremely rude very unprofessional and if I had it all over again, I would pick a different agent or lose the house closing. My experience with this realty company was horrible. I listed with them in June with Kevin as my realtor. The posted description for my house was 2 sentences. After that my realtor became a ghost. Whenever I tried to contact him, he always had some new life changing event going on in his life to explain why I hadn't heard anything. I never received one offer, or advice from my realtor on how to make my house more marketable. Finally, in October, I had enough, and hired a different realty company. I got an offer 2 weeks later.

I can't say enough great things about Elana Murray. She was an absolute delight to work with and extremely helpful. After the place we were wanting to look at fell through, she found us something even better. It was everything we had been looking for and more. She went above and beyond to help us get into it and make our dreams come true.
