Blalock Apartments

Its the worst apartment complex I’ve even seen in my life They have zero respect to their residents. Let me tell you few things: 1- The worst leasing office staff, they have 3 employees at the front, they are useless plus their manager is always busy, I wanted to make an appointment with the manager for the past 2 weeks and she’s always busy. 2- Everyday new employees new people new management and their services are going DOWN 3-It’s super expensive for what they offer, 2 beds for ~1300$ But for WHAT!!! Schools ratings are very bad No Gym No pool Old apartments Broken in-complex streets No view No Gate Zero security “I swear one day I was with my friend at 11 pm next to my apartment and one of the neighbors stopped by and said “guys its unsafe here” 4- We are moving out next month and

The manger answered the phone she was very nice and very helpful she directed us to her assistant, who was very polite. We looked at an apartment which was very clean and nicely painted, with new carpet. Filled out an application and was quick and easy well be ready by the first. Awsome!

l called today 4/21/15 inquiring about prices and avalibity on apartamenst and the party answered the Phone was very rude not helpful and Hund up the phone

NO STAR!, THE ASSISTANT, out me on hold and hang up on me so UNPROFESSIONAL,i kept calling and the kept hanging up on me what kind of BS is that yall need new ASSISTANT ASAP
