A bit of history… I hired Blakely 2 1/2 years ago to serve the property manager for my forever home until I could move into it. During the roughly 2 years that they managed the property they were amazing. I couldn’t have asked for more. They placed an amazing tenant in my property and we’re very good at staying on top of the things that need to be taken care of, and we’re great at communicating. Since I took possession of the property in May, I have called and had conversations and communications with Tara who is one of the owners about providing a final accounting and refunding any amounts left in the security deposit. Blakely managed 2 rental properties for me over 8 yrs. They started out great but when I had health issues and was less attentive, they began always charging fees for arranging services or repairs, and many probably never even happened. This is their regular duties as managers! I couldn't count on full rent regularly, because there was always deductions for one thing or another without any explanation. Despite I asked them several times to fully explain if I ever did not get the full amount, they never did. I fired them after not receiving rent $ for 3 months. When I called Tara Hindman, the manager, she refused to ever answer my call, so I had to voice my complaint to their receptionist. The staff is amazing! I had not rented in years and was so confused. Driving cross country for the first time and found them online, Tara was patient in explaining the process and brought me up to speed. And made sure a unit was ready when I got there. Highly recommended 10 stars!

The team at Blakely went ABOVE AND BEYOND, getting me into my new place. Highly recommend Tara, she gets things done and is easy to work with.

I love how they understand everything, and so far, they care about what their tenants need. They fulfilled my only 2 maintenance requests immediately. My house is even getting a new roof because a metal peice of the roof flew off during a huge thunderstorm this spring. Fair rental prices, fair down payments, and nice places to live. I didn't become just another body in an overly expensive peice of crap apartment, they make me feel like I have a home. Best property management I've had. Last couple months this company has changed face. They never responded to my request to get the basement sealed (it still leaks when it rains most of the day).
