Blairstone at Governor's Square Apartments

I really like living here! I’ve been living at Blairstone Apartments for over 8 years and have always liked it here. I’ve always had good experiences with the managers, although they do change often. The managers that I’ve interacted with have been empathetic when they can and respond to issues fast. The last manager, Jamie Roberts, has been great to me and tries to help and be accommodating when she can. She’s respectful and listens and responds promptly with a solution. From the staff, the maintenance cleaning crew are the best ever!! Ismenia and Mr. Timothy keep the community clean and they are charming, friendly, and respectful. Junie and Hayleigh in the office are always nice and have good customer service and help when they can. The neighbors are mostly great, there are always one or

Don't know what's going on with the front office but they truly don't care about tenants. The unit under our apartment is vacant and 2 tubs were stripped and refinished unbeknownst to us. It wouldn't of been an issue but no one vented the unit. We woke during the night due to the unbearable fumes leaching into our unit causing us to have shortness of breath, headaches, nausea, burning throats, nostrils and eyes. We reached out by text and to the after hours phone line which they picked up and we asked what is going on in the unit surrounding us and let them know there is and unbearable smell coming into our apartment and was told by management they will not be coming out for that issue and to "light a candle"! 12 hours later I received a response to my text that they vented the unit under

Hayleigh has been the best coordinator for getting us situated with a new home! She has been extremely accommodating and KIND, kindness is so important to me and she has been an absolutely joy to work with. Keeping us thoroughly updated and in the know and easy to get help from when I had questions. I'm so excited about moving in and the office has made this move a happy one :-))

Hey, recently moved in just wanted to ask/ say the gym has 3 treadmill that doesn't work, the stairmaster machine is broken could they replaced those or get them fixed? 🤔 And is there a possibility to get more dumbbell set also for the gym?

I’ve lived here for 8months now. My truck window was smashed 2nights ago. I filed a police report before speaking to the front office. The cops told me that basically there was nothing they could do unless my credit card was swiped some where. There is a camera pointed directly where my truck was parked, I asked the front office to look into it since I’m the 3rd smashed window in the last 3 months. They played dumb to the situation and told me I needed a warrant to have them pull camera footage. I explained that I didn’t need to see the footage but I felt it was the apartments job to look after us and our property while we were ‘at home’. I was brushed off and dont expect any help in our complex. Besides your vehicles and properties safety while we are sleeping, potential residents should
