Blair at Bitters

I’ve had a great experience living at Blair at Bitters. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and feels safe, which makes it a really comfortable place to come home to. The apartments are spacious and well designed, and the amenities are always kept clean. The management and maintenance teams are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about residents. Any request I’ve had has been handled quickly and efficiently. The location is also a huge plus close to shopping, food, and major roads, making everything super convenient. Overall, Blair at Bitters is a great place to live and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-run apartment community.

I moved in at Blair at bitters during October and since then I really enjoy living at these apartments. The floor plan is great but the bathroom door and bedroom door are awkwardly placed, the staff is great! Very helpful! The gym has ok equipment. The best thing about this property has to be their staff members in the office and their maintenance crew. You guys deserve a raise for putting up with the managements and the owners rules. When I had an issue the immediately called and talked to me with some solutions which I absolutely appreciated. If it wasn’t for the leasing staff, especially Jacque! Great job guys!

I love these apartments! The leasing office staff is amazing - Jackie specifically has a great memory of her residents and is very helpful always. The apartments are cute and decently priced for the area for sure. No issues with maintenance or pests either! Ample parking too.

Worst place I’ve ever lived. DO NOT LIVE HERE !! Management is rude . My apartment was definitely not move in ready. everything is literally break and I’ve only lived here for 5 months. My sink literally fell today, like no joke just fell in and I think that was my last straw with this place. The parking enforcement is a scam . Don’t be surprised if your car gets towed and you have work the next morning and you think it got stolen.. roach/wasp infestation at its finest.. hot water issues almost every other week. Along with the AC. Don’t get me started on the fees apon fees that they charge you along with ur rent. I was supposed to me paying 820 a month for a one bed . Just got home from working out of town for a month at 3am. Woke up at 10 to see my car had gotten towed at 5am. We even have to pay for parking here since the parking situation is horrible. $250 cuz our “parqing” registration expired with no notice. Stray cats pee and deficate all by front door, window and parking lot. Always smells like weed in the apartment. Mailboxes getting broken into and packages stolen off doorstep. Place is beginning to feel like a prison. Can’t feel safe in my own home I pay for without wondering if my mail will be stolen or if my vehicle will get towed
