Blackwell Realty and Auction

The Blackwell Realty Company is not a good company. Mr. John Blackwell purchased the property next to mine to use for rental property. The main house looks like it should be condemned. Mr. Blackwell does not keep the property well maintained. There is a large dead tree on the property. Every time it rains I find his dead tree limbs in my front yard. I would not recommend the Blackwell Realty or Mr. Blackwell for any real estate business.

Working with a Blackwell, #teamkirby, was the worst part about purchasing our first home. I would not recommend them to anyone I know and would suggest using any other real estate company. The way they handle business is sleazy and they do not have the buyers best interest in mind, only their own. When it comes to repairs, they do the bare minimum. We were lead to believe the floors in home would be fixed, to only find out from our foundation specialist that what they called “fixed and sound” actually meant that it shouldn’t have passed inspection in the first place. Not once did we feel like we were a top priority, not exactly the feeling you want when you’re making one of the most important purchases of your life time. Bought a house from Blackwell recently. The agreed upon repairs needed to the home were patch worked and rushed at the last minute after weeks of having repair time. Foundation repairs we subpar and we were basically told by a foundation inspector that the repairs done shouldn't have passed re-inspection and weren't going to last very long. New foundation supports signed off as "structurally sound" by Blackwell and their foundation person, basically fell over at the touch and parts of the home didn't have support at all. New appliances were improperly installed. Go to any other real estate company and avoid this one at all costs.

When I was looking for a house, Samantha Kirby, from the Lebanon office was my Realtor. She is absolutely wonderful. Very nice, knowledgeable and helped us tremendously figuring out how and what all entails buying a new home, because we were clueless. The agent we are dealing with is Danielle K. She is a true Star and Gem of a person! Totally professional, personal, caring thoughtful.A good listener and understands your wants and needs. She is very practical and realistic. Never pushy aggressive at all. Totally honest with all details. I've been around for well let's just say I been around for a while and never in my life have I ever met a salesperson like Danielle. She should be the poster child for realistic, honest, sales person. I have no relationship or allegiance with Danielle and live over 1k miles from her.
