I had a great experience living in a building managed by Blackstone. The team was responsive, professional, and attentive, and the property was always well maintained. I would happily recommend them.

We've been renting out a house for five years or so. Blackstone has managed this property since day one and our experience has been great. They have taken care of everything, from fixing details and updating the house to make it more appealing, to listing the property, finding solid tenants (which they have done now twice), collecting rent payments and dealing with maintenance. They are knowledgeable and responsive, so I have nothing but great things to say about the entire team.

We hired Blackstone to manage our condo. They made the process simple and easy, and it was clear that they have tremendous experience in the property management space. The entire team is eager to help, and responsive to questions, and often will anticipate things before they happen. We were nervous about finding great reliable tenants, but Blackstone handled everything and so far our tenants have been fantastic. They are even willing to work with HOA partners.
