Ean Savoy was not only late to our scheduled tour today but rude when we realized there was a pet policy miscommunication. The way he handled this situation shows a lack of professionalism, and empathy. He claimed we wasted his time and proceeded to raise his voice at me over the phone after our tour. This was a one star experience for sure and I would not recommend contacting this company for any properties considering their lack of professionalism and reliability. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism exhibited by the staff at this establishment. From the moment the agent arrived late, it was clear that they had no regard for customer service or basic courtesy. After the tour Ean Savoy was rude and unhelpful, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued potential tenant. The overall atmosphere after arriving late was chaotic and disorganized, leaving me frustrated and unsatisfied with my experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place if you're looking for a professional and pleasant environment.

Blackstone Partners is fantastic. We had 3 properties to sell, actually interviewed several realtors and brokers and are so happy we began a great relationship with Blackstone. Nickel and dimed us on deposit despite 3 years and a TON of rent. No explanation given, just took money because they could apparently. Send some pics….
