I am from out of state and needed some help with getting some papers notarized. I was on a short time limit and was in need of someone who could help me. I walked in and was taken back to a woman who just took over and got it done. She took control of the situation, called back to my home state, got things clarified and set me up for success. When were were done I gave her a hug and told her how much I appreciated her help. She had gone above and beyond. My intentions were to go back with a card and gift for her, but that didn’t happen before I had to move on. The next best thing I figured was to give a positive review. I can’t remember her name. Amy, Mary I’m not sure. But she was amazing and I won’t forget her kindness when I needed that! .

Amy at Black River Country Abstract was absolutely wonderful to work with during our closing. She was incredibly efficient, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly and made what can sometimes feel like a stressful experience very smooth and easy. We even shared quite a few laughs along the way, which made the whole process that much more enjoyable.
