If I could give zero stars I would! This company is completely inept at performing any simple task. Not only that, but they can't even seem to answer their phones. Owners and tenants beware, this company sucks!

I just want to take the time to say thanks to the best real estate company I ever worked with. This is an amazing and awesome company that work extremely hard and very efficient and family oriented. I definitely recommend Mr. Guillermo. He was very thoughtful and Thorough and knowledgeable in his field. He made it really easy to work with. He made it very non stressful and fun. His positive energy and the way he presented himself was nothing but professional and genuine. I definitely recommend anyone and I plan on referring people to this company.

We have only been working with BK Homes since mid January, but I must say I am very impressed with everyone I have met. We signed an agreement mid January and they got us a tenant for February 1st. They worked very hard for us. They make renting our unit so easy taking care of all the paperwork and collection of payments. Their fee is reasonable considering all they do for the clients!

Efficient; the best realtors we have had in Naples in 14 years, always right back to us, and take care of ithe problem right away. Happy to be doing another year. He’s the best.
