This year at The Bixby has been extremely disappointing. Last year, my main issues were with rude, discriminatory roommates (as the only dark-skinned tenant in my unit), but I didn’t blame management for that. This year, though, everything outside of my great new roommate has gone downhill. My 2x2 unit was unclean upon move-in — carpets stained and burned, sticky shower, chipped paint, dim lights, and even a door off its hinges. Management ignored requests until I followed up multiple times. Ironically, I was charged nearly $200 for my last unit over something as small as a leftover command strip, yet this new one was filthy. At almost $1,500 a month, the pricing feels predatory for what you get. Leases can’t be canceled even before move-in, and parking is ridiculous — I live on the 2nd

Before next semester comes let me go ahead and warn everybody! I can’t wait to move out I literally hate it here and it’s horrible here!!! The worst student apartment ever! If I could give negative stars this place would definitely have negative stars and this is why: 1. They don’t answer emails or calls! I have emailed different people and can never get a response. The only contact you when it’s time for rent to be due other than that they don’t answer. Most of the management don’t even want to talk to you so you can ask questions because they don’t come out their office or either they are not here. 2. The gym is not 24 hours, it barely has any equipment in there and out of all the equipment that’s in there maybe 4 of them actually work. 3. When I moved in my apartment was DIRTY!!! My car

As I was passing the 5th floor sky lounge, I absolutely loved the bouquet bar! Had a beautiful opportunity to make a bouquet, especially with Valentine’s Day coming up! So beautiful and I love these type of events!

Please take a minute to read this if you consider staying here. This place is unorganized and very filthy. -Trash filled the parking deck the whole leasing term. There are signs everywhere saying you’ll be fined for not throwing trash away appropriately in the trash room. That’s a lie. People would just toss their trash in the room and not the chute. Unfortunately I lived across from the trash room and this caused gnats. No reinforced by management. -The wifi is horrendous. The 3rd party company bixby uses is beyond unreliable. Your WiFi will go out at least every 2 weeks and will take 3-4 days to come back on. If you bring it to management then they will say they have nothing to do with the wifi BUT yall do because yall hired this terrible company. Allow people to get their own wifi if ya
