The owner is very awful I’m a vender and I understand your busy and you have your time full but being rude and cutting me off and hanging up not even one full word came before she said “ I’m the owner we’re good we don’t need those services” and hung up. I was in shocked more so on how she still has tenants and business with that attitude. Hate to be a resident for her if that’s how she treated venders then I can imagine how she treated tenants usually it’s the same coming from experience.

Have worked with Pat for many years. Managing a rental I have in Capitol Hill. Highly recommend. Honest and responsible

DO NOT RECOMMEND! This company is unethical and dishonest...and they unfairly keep money from the security deposit. I rented from them for three years as a very reliable and professional tenant who cares for a house like it's my own home. They came to the walkthrough commenting on how clean and well maintained the home was, yet they kept over half the security deposit. They charged me for a repair on an old dishwasher when the handle broke off...was clearly normal wear and tear on an already old and well worn appliance. Things were broken upon move in that were never repaired in the three years I lived there, despite multiple notices to them that they were still broken and request for repairs. They tried to raise the rent for me when I knew the owner had asked them not to raise it. Ext

I would rate them at a half star but unable to do so. We lived at one of their properties for two years and they were Slumlords. We had electrical issues in the house and after at least 5 calls with no return calls had to tell them it would be their problem if the house burnt down. We had a water issue and the maintenance man had no idea where the water shut off was we had to call a plumber after 3 hours of water flooding the front yard. They received notice of the trash carrier changing and did not bother letting us know. Again after multiple calls we had to go to the office for an answer. I think the staff with Bishop is trained to be rude. There is a tree in the backyard that needed to be cut down that the neighbors asked us to get taken care of, it is growing on top of their carport. A
