Birchwater has been awesome to have as landlords, they make everything so easy. When you have an issue with anything in your apartment they come out and fix it immediately. And their property is really nice we live in a 126 year old historic home in the country side that’s quite large, there are only a few other apartments in the building and our place is very nice. It’s a two bedroom townhouse. I love it. As property managers go Aleah is one of the best I’ve ever dealt with. She’s very helpful in so many ways because when I needed information from them to verify my tenancy she immediately filled out my verification form and sent it back the same day! I really appreciate them as landlords because they actually care about their tenants and properties. I highly recommend this property manag

Birchwater Property Management is an amazing company. Teresa in the office is very responsive to any and all questions and expedites any issues very quickly. The maintenance crew is awesome, too! They are polite and courteous and take care of any problems as quickly as possible. We highly recommend them!

I have been a tenant for almost two years with this company! Aleah is timely and efficient when it comes to maintenance being at your doorstep to fix any issues going on in and outside the property I reside at. She is personable and cares about the tenants and their safety. They also have cost efficient living in this over priced market. Glad I chose them to rent with!😉

Moved into a unit this month. They did not do the due diligence of making sure smoke or carbon monoxide detectors were installed. I also had to contact them because my shower, toilet, and bathroom sink did not work the first day I moved in. Rent elsewhere. Edit:This company is just a trashy slumlord. Please rent elsewhere. 2nd Edit: I moved in Sunday and I still cannot use my shower or bathroom as of Tuesday. They ignored me all day yesterday when I was asking for a place to stay where I can use the facilities and they HAVENT offered a place for me to stay still. These people DONT CARE about their tenants 3rd: My bathroom works after 3 days, now I am hearing there is mold in the units. They are not returning my texts or calls.
