Birchstone Waterleigh

I spent months reading hundreds of apartment reviews and touring over 15 communities before choosing Birchstone Waterleigh, and 6 months into my lease, I'm genuinely very satisfied with the decision. Virginia, Lilianna, Sarah and Nakira immediately stood out. They were warm, transparent, and extremely informative, which made the leasing process feel calm and straightforward instead of rushed or sales driven. We loved the Ascend floor plan and noticed right away that it was nearly identical to a nearby community and another we toured in Kissimmee. It was confirmed that it was the same developer, finishes and amenities. The difference was the value. At the time, Birchstone was about $800 less per month for the same 3 bed 2 bath layout compared to the Ascend community literally down the roa

The apartment and the community are very beautiful and cozy. The people who work in the office are always polite, helpful, and ready to assist. Whenever a problem comes up, they handle it professionally and do their best to resolve it. I have nothing to complain about the management — on the contrary, I’m very satisfied overall.

We moved into Birchstone Waterly in Winter Garden, Florida, this past September, and honestly, we couldn’t be happier. The place is beautiful, super clean, and so peaceful — it really feels like home. Everyone in the office is amazing and always kind whenever we need something. Our leasing agent Virginia was incredible — she made everything so easy and made us feel welcome from day one. Birchstone Waterly truly stands out. It’s one of the nicest communities around, and the service here is always fast and friendly. We’re so glad we chose to move here!

My previous review was removed. This place was nice when Greystar owned it but as soon as they left management went downhill. I left as soon as my lease was up. They stopped maintaining the grounds. Pool area gets dirty and no one cleans it. Garbage and poop all around. Hallways were disgusting. The staff was no longer helpful. They will write reviews and say thank you for letting us know. We will get back to you. No one ever does even when tenants unite. Go across the street and there’s a much nicer complex

The worst experience I've ever had. I lived for 1 year and I don't recommend it to anyone. Theft of bicycles, scooters, parked car parts, everything possible. Office disclaims responsibility by saying they can't do anything. Dirty corridors, failed garbage collection, total insecurity and neglect towards tenants who pay dearly for a rent in a place without structure and respect for the residents.
