Jennifer Aguilar is amazing! I’ve been in my home for about 7-8 months and she’s been so considerate and polite. She is beyond understanding and keeps her interactions with tenants like myself professional. She is one of the main reasons why I love my home and neighborhood! We need more people like her!

The property has improved immensely since new management took over. Jennifer is extremely helpful and caring. The community is also very nice in large where people go out of their way to help each other. I'll definitely be renewing my lease when the time comes

I’m not going to hold yall, when I first moved here I was very unhappy. It was so loud and hood and no parking. Jennifer told me she was going to clean it up and she did just that. They even power washed all the buildings. I can go out and come in late now because there is parking. And let’s not talk about repairs. As soon as I put in a ticket, the maintenance man is here. I’ll be renewing my lease for another year.
