My wife's mom lives in Arizona retirement homes in Scottsdale her ac unit be broken for 33 days in 100+ weather she has 2 portable units using much electricity afraid to see her bill the management here is atrocious

This business is all about collecting money from section 8 housing and collect funds from government agencies. They are slum lords! Do do not take service requests in a timely manner. My daughter has lived in a house leased by Biltmore properties and has had water leaks every time it rains. Requested back gate to be repaired several times and all they do is prop it up with pieces of wood. Same thing happened with the roof, guy came over and laid shingles on top of the roof.....really? That's going to keep the rain from leaking inside? They don't care because they are guaranteed payment by the federal government. They know their clients are disabled and/or mentally ill so they don't care. This business needs to be investigated and audited. I'm sure owner is living the high life in an

Biltmore Properties helps those who are homeless. You pay 30 percent of your income towards rent and they pay the rest. This is an income based program, as well. They also have other criteria one must meet. They helped me when I was forced into homelessness years ago. My Case Manager has always treated me with respect and kindness. I just visited them for my annual certification yesterday. It was a very pleasant experience, with all questions answered. I sign my new lease today.

The worst customer experience ever. They do not care to hear problems and are all about the money. They wouldn't even hear the tenants side. I tried getting help early on but they said I already signed agreement. Then sided with my dirty, lieing landlord. The staff is ruthless and the black woman they had at the hearing was mean. They are supposed to help homeless and people with disabilities. They are privately owned and get away with murder. Their all about the government funding and most likely are crooked.

These people lie. They cover what they do to tenants with lies. They agree with you. Act helpful. They intrude on you by entering your apartment whenever they feel like it. Update: Moved out two months ago. I have not received my deposit or balance of my rent. Total of over 600$. No one has returned my calls. I left the unit in excellent condition. New tenant moved right in.
