Biltmore at Midtown

Absolutely unlivable conditions. Homeless people will basically be your roommates. I have had fecal matter at my doorstep, and the stairwells are used as public restrooms. The garage is essentially a homeless encampment since there is no building security. There have been many car break ins and the gate entrance to the garage is frequently broken so it is open to the public. The elevators were operational about 50% of the time over 3 years. Several of which have been broken for years. Overall there were 3 elevators in 2 buildings and there were several months where not a single elevator worked in either. From the very first interaction, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making the experience smooth and stress-free. I felt comfortable, my daughter felt comfortable! I have been dealing with a severe, ongoing roach infestation for nearly THREE MONTHS, and the way this property has handled it is completely unacceptable. This despite me having lived here for more than a year and always keeping my apartment extremely clean. The infestation is not confined to one area — roaches are everywhere: every room, the kitchen, the bathroom, the bedroom, the refrigerator, cabinets, drawers, laundry, and even my bed linens. I have woken up to roaches in my drinking water on my nightstand. They get into my food while I’m cooking, into stored food, appear while I’m showering, and crawl through my personal belongings. I had a wonderful experience working with Tamia & leasing manager at Biltmore at midtown . She & he was professional, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire leasing process. Tamia made sure all of my questions were answered clearly and took the time to walk me through each step, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about helping residents find the right place. I truly appreciate her support and would highly recommend working with her to anyone looking to lease here.

I've been living at The Biltmore at Midtown for about a month and a half, and so far it's been a good experience! The location is really convenient—close to work for me and to Tech for my roommate. The apartment itself is comfortable and spacious, and I recently discovered the rooftop lounge, which is a great spot to relax. There's also a pet washing room in one of the buildings, which is a nice touch. Maintenance has been really responsive, and Mari from the leasing office has been helpful throughout the process. Overall, it's been a smooth start here and I’m looking forward to what midtown has to offer!
