Biltmore at Camelback Apartments

I’ve had a great experience touring at this apartment complex. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the location is very convenient. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff is always friendly and professional. I especially want to give a shoutout to Leilani she is amazing! She’s incredibly helpful, responsive, and truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel supported and valued. I will be choosing to working with her in finding my new home, she has made the entire experience welcoming I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live .

Been here for 4 months. I am amazed at how the team is managing the place. You are being considered as a human, whether you are here for 1 month or for 10 years. The team is really dedicated to make your life stressless and comfortable. I come from a Cushman property in Vegas and I have to say it’s been consistent in terms of management skills and quality. Here, Giovann , Colleen, Josh and the whole team are all a top management team. They will take care of you. Also, the location is probably the best in the city.

My partner and I had an awful experience at Biltmore. If you are considering this apartment I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Many appliances broke during our yearlong stay. The stove hood broke, the toilet broke, the washing machine leaked, lights burned out, etc. This began the week we moved in, when our microwave stopped working. (Rather than provide a direct replacement, Biltmore gave us a cheap-looking black plastic microwave that did not match the other steel appliances.) Only our kitchen, bathrooms, and closets had built-in lights. Neither the living room nor the two bedrooms had dedicated ceiling lights. Biltmore polices what you store on your balcony. I have been here for a little over a year and I hate this place. I deeply regret renewing my lease. I guarantee you these apartment are full of mold and have terrible appliances. I have had multiple maintenance emergencies in my time being here and have called maintenance several times. My washer ( I have had trouble with all year and they would not replace) leaked water and it dripped though my ceiling into the first floor of my home, soaking through the walls and all over my couch and the ground. I put an urgent maintenance request and even called the office and no one showed up. The parking here is absolutely terrible. There is a waitlist for parking spots and several times I’ve had to park across the main busy street overnight just because I get home at 8pm from work and there is NEVER

I want to acknowledge a specific staff member who goes above and beyond their call Of duty. If you ever have an opportunity to work with LaDon, take it! She’s the best most caring agent I’ve ever worked with in property management/luxury leasing. You’ll find great customer service from the other staff members as well, but LaDon’s got the Midas touch of making everything work out for her residence. She truly cares for her residence, and holds her position with the utmost respect and integrity. Thank you LaDon for ALL you do to ensure we’re taken care of !
