Excellent legal knowledge of Property as it pertains to what County it resides in, the more technical side of ownership but also the "intent of use" of the Property, i.e. RV use then to build or agriculture usage. This is where Bill McClure exceeds in, if my personal use of the land would be permitted by the township it resides in. Friendly, Open to questions, i had alot of them, and sent updates of places of interest to me. Where i thought i could live. So Bill McClure is A-1 . . ....yes.
