Years ago I was a Realtor and did rentals in the vicinity of Dadeland Mall. Alfredo had a listing $100 below market value. Tenants gravitate towards units, with this characteristic, this like ants to sugar. It was clear that the unit was going to FLY. Speaking with Alfredo he has the most horrible attitude - clearly and cleverly there to be tolerated. Well, let me start saying that from the first second I was on the phone with Alfredo Bild it was a very aggressive conversation! I was trying to rent a property and the way he talked to me was like I just came out from jail or was a criminal! He questioned my profesional background. He asked what kind of Doctor I was and where was my office since I don’t have office cause I work 100% hospital based he told me “I have never heard such a thing, all Doctors have office”. My partner lost his business so he started a bankruptcy recently. Because of that with my credit in great conditions he asked me to come with $15000 in deposits plus 1st month of rent!
