By far the WORST place I’ve ever lived to be honest. I don’t recommend nobody to go here and sign a lease. Maintenance does a horrible job at everything they do. Emergency line don’t respond at all. MOLD continue to grow in the second room of the apartment all the maintenance people want to do is wipe & paint over it. The windows leak when it rains in apartment B6. The faucets shower & sink in the bathroom constantly leaks. No pool, no gym, no amenities just a community that wants to milk you for your money. The building is old & ran down. You can hear when someone In another apartment flush their toilet it sound like the water is about to burst through the wall. I’m glad my time is up I will NOT renew my lease. I’m glad options like this exist. For what you pay for and what you get I think this is great especially for the area. I am definitely keep this place on my radar. Savannah gave me a good idea of total costs and availability. Her transparency was much appreciated compared to other properties I’ve been looking at.

Moved in last May, missing the exterior panes of my windows. Noted on my five-day fixit list, put in multiple maintenance requests and only after harassing the office due to OUTRAGEOUS dominion bills, was told that management has “met with multiple contractors; however, we have not yet received a quote that allows us to proceed. We are continuing to explore alternative options while we work to address this matter.” As if my heat isn’t cranking 24/7 to keep the temperature 45* in a 500ft2 apartment (all exterior walls are windows). It’s also loud as hell with no insulation on the Cobra Cabana side, but, maybe because I have no windows. The maintenance guy is amazing, but management is awful. (Apartment 103! I’ve had an amazing experience living at this apartment over the past year! The building is well-maintained, the location is super convenient, and the community is peaceful and friendly. What really made the difference for me, though, was the incredible management team—especially Sam and Savannah. They were consistently responsive, professional, and genuinely kind. Whether it was handling maintenance requests quickly or just checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly, they went above and beyond to make residents feel at home. Sam and Savannah truly care about the people who live here, and it shows. I’m so grateful for their support and dedication throughout the year. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-run apartment community!
