Let them know on Thursday of a leak in basement. Told me to have dept of water come out...which they did 7:30 am Friday morning. Called after and they said they would have someone come out...never did. I have a disabled child who also has GI issues and she's been vomiting all weekend from the sewer smell coming through our vents even with the heat off. Update:Will buy your house from landlord tell you nothing will change and raise your rent from $850 to 1400. Then will start process to evict you because you called code enforcement.

The team at bigger picture developments always is willing to take care of whatever work needs to be done in a timely manner and does exceedingly good work. Very friendly people with eyes on the bigger picture to always do better and give the best.

I have tried to contact this company. The email and message both send you a phone number. When you call the phone number NO ONE EVER answers, you just get a message saying please try later. They used to have an answering machine so you could at least leave a message but that option is no longer there. Very poor community relations and service.
