Big Oak Apartments

Good afternoon, I have lived at big oaks. Apartments for the last 25 years have never had any problems. All your managers and assistant managers have been awesome and Janet Lane does a good job managing this property Priscilla Dismuke

Property is older but very well maintained. Office staff is over the top courteous and helpful. Property manager seems to really be invested in the residents and genuinely care for our well being. This doesn't feel like another apartment complex, it feels like a tight knit community.

The service I’ve received at this apartment complex has been exceptional, far beyond any other place I’ve lived. Charlie, Janice, and the entire maintenance team are outstanding. Charlie is truly a “jack of all trades” and the most reliable maintenance professional I’ve ever met. Janice and her crew consistently respond quickly, arriving prepared and organized to handle any task with efficiency. The office staff also deserve recognition for being consistently respectful, helpful, and courteous. I can confidently recommend this community to anyone seeking a well-managed and supportive place to live.

I recently made a delivery to Big Oak Apartments. I stopped in the office to find out the location of the apartment. When I was told the apartment was not on the first floor, I made a comment about carrying the heavy boxes. The ladies immediately said let us contact maintenance to assist you. The two man that assisted me were extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. With this character of staff, I would think the complex would be a pleasant place to live.

I am very grateful to have a special person such as Janice to help me along my way. To have someone who cares and invest and pour into there residents is amazing. Janice is a blessing beyond belief. Her skills to perform her tasks as a leader, manager, and overall a blessing. She has a heart of gold and I can’t thank her enough for being as honest and caring as she is. I highly recommend her and the Big Oaks. Thank you Janice
