Great place to live, lots of outdoor activities and crime is basically non-existent.

Very nice place to stay and enjoy with friends... Houses are well built and spacious... Secured community. Have lot of parks with children play area in it... Overall a great place to stay...

Private community. Gated. Great place to live if you like mountains. EVERYTHING is very expensive. Everything has a fee associated with. At the restaurant 6 wings costs 11 bucks. Hamburger costs 18 bucks. Most expensive burger in the region. Golf is 100 bucks a round.

sometime in late spring my wife and i decided to take a look at Big Canoe. we contacted the Big Canoe Realty office and we were "assigned" to Walt Devault. we worked Walt pretty hard, looking at close to 30 homes overall. in the end, we found the perfect house for us. we would highly recommend both Walt Devault and the Big Canoe Realty office. we closed 6 weeks ago and we are really enjoying our BC house.
