A word of caution to New Builder Buyers, stave off the excitement of your new home and make sure you do your due diligence in the pre close. Have a friend or spouse with you that has a detail eye do not do it alone. Make sure you know your warranty some items are not covered and this will create an overall bad experience. Before you sign the papers make sure key items like tubs, showers, and concrete are in pristine condition because some of those items are not covered in the warranties.
