Just recently rented an apartment with BH Realty and I was nothing short of amazed. I've rented many apartments in the city, as it is now my ninth year here, and this has been by far my best experience. My broker was named Morris (highly recommend if you can get him) and he did an incredible job tending to my needs always going above and beyond what I asked for. He was quick with responses and showed true dedication to his job. I was about to close on an apartment with a different broker and company, but Morris' genuine care for my needs made all the difference for my final decision. Will definitely being use BH Realty, but more specifically Morris, in the future ,10/10 bravo!

Yvonne helped me a lot to find an apartment during peak season. She was always available, had a great attitude, and provided insights and advice. When I missed one apartment, she found another one in 2 hours that met my expectations. Thanks to her, I signed a lease on my ideal apartment!

They’re so kind, friendly and professional. I ended up receiving another approval on a place a little easier on my commute so I didn’t receive a chance to apply on the apartment I viewed with them but I highly, highly recommend their services!
