want to give an honest review about my experience living here. Unfortunately, the AC and heating system in my apartment has not been working properly, which has been frustrating and uncomfortable at times. However, I do want to recognize Kevin from maintenance, who has been very helpful and responsive. He has made a real effort to assist us by providing window units and heaters to help manage the situation while repairs are being addressed. His professionalism and willingness to help have made a difficult situation much more manageable. I hope the overall HVAC issues can be fully resolved soon, but I truly appreciate the support Kevin has given.

One of the properties that are owned by you all is in Hattiesburg, MS. It is called Piedmont Park Apartments. I’m not sure if it’s just the apartment that I moved into but you all should honestly be ashamed. The amount of roaches that are everywhere is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve bought over $200 worth of roach baits, sprays, and powders and still nothing is working for this roach infested apartment. I can’t even live comfortably because there are roaches everywhere. I put in a maintenance request and I let them know about the problem which the property manager dragged her feet on. She’s a very very nice lady, she’s super sweet but this is absolutely unacceptable. Going through a transition and need to find a new place to live fairly quickly. From the time I called and spoke with Melinda at Lakeside Terraces, she set the appointment and within minutes, I received a text message confirming the appointment along with emails. I met Melinda for the appointment and she was friendly, professional, and took me personally on a tour of the properties I was interested in and the amenities. She was engaging, and as a result, I submitted an application. I had contacted another property in the area, left a voicemail, and have yet to receive a call back.

***UPDATE 2/10/25 @ 2:30PM*** I received a voicemail message from someone woman saying that I owed $350. 48. And that's why I didn't get my security deposit which that was not the agreement at the time when everything was happening in July 2024. I have numerous emails showing me asking for documents sbout the agreement pertaining to the lease being terminated early without any penalties or fees and me getting my security deposit. Because I had seen the same situation and one of the reviews stated that they were saying they owed a balance. ***** THE VIDEOS ARE ON MOVE IN DAY WHICH WAS A FRIDAY, AFTER THE OFFICE CLOSED. During walk through, was told everything would be done by the end of the day. I HAD TO PAY AN EXTRA DAY FOR UHAUL AND MOVERS. I did NOT want to do this but I had no choice

Terrible company to rent from, they hire hostile, unprofessional property management teams that will actively be manipulative and gaslight you into believing that whatever issues you have in your property are a nonissue. Property Manager Jared Brown at Fox and Hounds apartments claimed "I have that in my place too" in response to my statement "there's mold growing in my silverware drawer." Absolutely terrible management and I would never do business with this company ever again in any capacity. They will seek to minimize your claims and maximize their bullying of you to protect their bottom line on a corporate level.
