Bexley Steelecroft Apartments

I had a guest over the weekend and we tried to have a good time by grilling steaks at the pool, except both grills at the resident center were not working and there was trash all over the floor, the trash bins were filled to the rim. And someone added charcoal the both gas grills. This was truly disappointing for me and my guest. We walked to the leasing office pool and only 1 grill was working, which was occupied and we had to wait 1 hour before we could finally grill. The amount of money I pay a month on this property is not worth what I get in return. It seems like every year they open the pool/ activity center it gets overly crowded and it gets trashed!! They really need to focus on cleanliness on the property and security!!

My husband and I enjoy living here. The green areas of the complex are beautiful and always well maintained. The new amenities are amazing. The staff is very friendly, especially Lily. She always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is okay and that our stay here is comfortable and enjoyable. I usually recommend this apartment complex to my friends because I really like it. I have received compliments from my guests that it feels like a resort outside, which is very nice.

It has been a nice experience living in Bexley, since I have a pool and an office nearby where I can study, the customer service agents in the office are very friendly, I had the opportunity to meet Lili and since I started a conversation with her she has been very patient, really Bexley is a good place to live since it is close to stores of all kinds and the constant security they offer is really reliable.
