I had a great experience living at Bexley Powers Ferry. The application process was quick and smooth, which made moving in stress-free. The staff was always very nice, super helpful, and extremely responsive whenever I needed anything. Austen was a huge help throughout my stay—he was always super communicative, friendly, and made sure any questions or concerns were handled quickly. The complex itself was always clean, well-maintained, and in great working order. The apartment was spotless when I moved in, very spacious, and comfortable. The amenities were great and added a lot of value to living here. Overall, Bexley Powers Ferry is a well-managed community, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and reliable place to live.

I have lived here since May 2022. I was the first tenant in this unit and I have always paid my rent on time. I hold up my end of the lease, so I expect management to hold up theirs. I have been reporting an intermittent failure with my washer since July 2025. The machine frequently stops mid-cycle, leaving clothes soaking in water, or sometimes never starts at all. For months, maintenance dismissed me because they ran wash cycles with absolutely nothing inside the machine and claimed it "worked." Obviously, an empty drum spins differently than one with wet clothes. Finally, they used a diagnostic tool that PROVED the machine was stopping mid-cycle. They saw the error code with their own eyes. The worst tour experience ever, hands down. We booked a tour for 2:00 PM on September 20th three days in advance. We arrived at the lobby at 2:00, but there was not a single leasing office staff member around for a full 30 minutes. We ended up waiting in vain and finally had to leave. I have never seen an apartment community like this—with absolutely no staff present.

Everything has been great from the start! Austen and Shelly are great and took care of all my questions before move in and after! Maintenance came the same day that I requested a few things to be fixed which was amazing! When I moved in the apartment was actually clean and didn’t have any issues. It’s very clean in the hallways and everywhere I’ve been on the property! I love it.

DO NOT MOVE HERE — Bexley Powers Ferry is a complete nightmare. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the constant headaches. This place is disgusting and completely mismanaged from top to bottom. There’s dog feces left in the hallways, smoke filling the building, and the air constantly reeks of weed and cigarettes — and management couldn’t care less. Noise complaints? Ignored. Resident concerns? Ignored. Requests for basic decency or follow-up? Ignored. The only part of this place that functions properly is maintenance — they’re quick, polite, and actually do their jobs.
