Bexley House

Jessica the leasing agent has made my relocation to Ohio quick and easy. She is very considerate and accommodating and thinks of the little things. Bexley house has provided me with a clean and quiet space and the apartments are laid out in a common sense manor providing, spacious and clean updated apartments with lots of storage space. My washer needed a new belt, I put the work order in and maintaince was here the very next day. Great place

I have lived here a week and love it more each day. Janet (manager) is wonderful and so helpful! The complex is quiet but friendly. The central location is great. My apartment had a fresh coat of paint and new flooring and was extra clean. I think it is a great place to live!

Either none or barely tolerable hot water since Fri. (a week.) Consistent over a year either shut off, none or tepid. Fire alarm rang constantly all night 12+ hours. Leaking pipes caused several holes in ceiling. Entire parking lot flooded. Bird in my apartment. Leaking water in my dryer. Faulty gate opener for all year, rang for hours at 6a, therefore no "secure" parking. Of the approx. 13 calls/emails since new mgr., only one response. Elevator broke for almost a week (4 story building with disabled, elderly people.) No air conditioning for most of last summer.

The property manager, Jessica, has been extremely responsive to every concern I've raised and is very communicative and kind. She texted me once to let me know my car window was left open in the rain! The maintenance people are awesome at what they do, fast, and thoughtful about privacy and potential intrusions. I love my apartment.
