My entire experience has been amazing! From the tour, to the application process, Carlos Vasquez made everything super easy for me. He even made sure my unit was taken care of an early so I did not have to take off of work to move. Every request I had he completed. He is very nice and made me feel welcomed! The building was very clean and quiet. I loved how safe it felt, everything is locked securely. The inside of the units were beautiful and CLEAN you can tell that the people who live here care about cleanliness. Overall Carlos is great and if you’re looking to move, definitely work with him!

The space offers exactly what it promises - a well-maintained co-living environment in the great Hancock Park/Larchmont Village area. What really sets this place apart is the management, particularly Carlos who serves as the landlord/property manager. Beautiful building with a peaceful co-living environment. Most residents are students or working professionals, and communication is respectful and smooth. Carlos makes the move in process easy. He clearly explains the contract, answers all questions, and ensures the room is clean and ready. He is patient, accommodating, and respectful, and that respect goes both ways.
