Beulah Place Apartments

I lived there for almost three years. Overall it was a good experience. Except I worked nightshift for most of that time, and when it comes to them doing apartment wide maintenance (furnace filters, fire alarms, etc.) there was very little accommodation for people who had alternate schedules. At one point they did work with me and do a scheduled apartment wide maintenance first thing in the morning for me…..but then didn’t communicate with one another and I still woke up to a maintenance man in my bedroom door. But like I said, other than that it was a nice place to live.

We had a wonderful experience with the leasing office. There was an issue with the building plan with the anticipated apartment, where we had to switch last minute. They were quick to remedy the situation, and get us another unit, and make things right. Amanda is lovely, kind, and helpful at leasing. It’s really nice living is such a caring community. We were initially apprehensive about the 3rd floor, but we really love our place!!!!! Really happy about our decision to move here!

Not a good place to move if you want peace of mind. While most of the staff is nice there’s never any peace. I was notified a day before that they would need to come in to change air filters and replace smoke detector batteries. I was notified on 9/11 that a third party would be coming in 9/12 and 9/15 for radon inspections from 9:00am- 5:00pm and that they are unable to make appointments. I was notified on 9/22 that they will be following up on radon inspections on 9/30 and 10/2 and unable to make appointments. No explanation was given on why there’s a follow up just that it’s a 3rd party and required. You’re supposed to be allowed to deny permission to enter and request to be present when someone is entering your home. You also won’t get peace of mind if you move into a 1 bedroom on the

SCAMMERS. Apartment is okay, but wouldn’t live here again. People smoking weed and smell everywhere, toilets often don’t flush correctly, and leak, and complained many times without proper fix, employees there are friendly but they just trying to get you to rent. They lied to me in the beginning and now making me pay an extra month when i’ve contacted them before that I wanted to cancel. In the lease it says to let them know but when moving in they said they’d contact me but I never received a form till couple days ago and I replied the next day but they said it’s unusable. I have many different photos and video of the issues. Also right next to train tracks they always drive at night and constant noise everywhere

Beulah Place is the best complex I have ever lived in. Not only are they attentive to resident needs, responsive to emails, and have the quickest maintenance team I've ever seen (99% requests done within the hour, sometimes within 10 minutes!) but they provide a bevy of onsite activities throughout the year, from community game nights, to live music, to pool parties. Live here - you won't regret it and you may just have the most enjoyable living experience of your life!
