Don’t rent from here unless you want to live in a broken house that’s falling apart. As you can tell the reviews say it all. They will also charge you when you move out an almost $1000 cleaning bill after you have already had the house professionally cleaned. They will harass you through emails and never answer their phones to speak to someone. This place should just be voted worst rental company in Billings. You’ll have a better chance at a nicer place with rainbow than with these people. Oh and they love to act like you were the problem when they reply to their reviews. Just remember they will put you in what I consider and everyone else in very poor living conditions that barely pass and when their house falls apart you will pay for it. Lived on 1611 3rd Ave Billings MT 59105, when I moved in the lawn was over taken, there we MANY safety concerns in the place where they had someone coming in my house almost every month to update something either the heater, water heater, the plumbing, a fire hydrant a gas sensor all types of stuff. When I moved in as well the place wasn’t properly clean there was smoke on the walls all the windowsills were dirty. They were even crystals left from the last people who rent it so I knew it wasn’t even cleaned cause I don’t have crystals which i left those too. I had to re-clean the whole kitchen. There was even cereal and cat litter left on the walls when I moved in nothing was cleaned or wiped down properly. There was trash in the back area of the garden area like tomatoe polo holders. It s

These women do not comprehend or respect Landlord Tennant Law. They spoke to a person they didnt know and decided that l had to go. I was out of town but my rent was paid and no legal reasons to evict me. Thats irrelevant to these idiots. I was extremely ill and had told them prior that l was being taken care of in Huntley. But rent would be paid and it was. They kept my rent, never erved me notice and just came into my home and had their crew empty it to their warehouse or storage. Antiques, family fine furniture, 2 new beds, all of it gone. They told me they threw it away. I doubt they threw the high quality pieces anywhere but the into the homes they lived in. I currently rent through BPM. I was headed to work one morning around 6 AM and my garage door wouldn’t open, meaning I was going to miss work possibly if I couldn’t get my vehicle out. I was able to get a hold of maintenance immediately, who was on call. He then was able to get approval through the ladies in the office to have a garage door company come out and fix the problem. This was all done within 30 minutes! I am so appreciative of everyone that was involved in this process and how quickly they were able to remedy the situation .

This organization is very racist they kicked my mother out before winter hit on a weekend without a sheriff present to deliver the vacate notice. They record you without your knowledge which is against the Montana constitution. Better property management Inc. even wants more money from my mother even though she doesn't live there anymore. Plus they won't rent to me a veteran from OEF. I HAVE NO RECORD OF CRIMINAL MISCHEIF. THEY TREATED ME VERY POORLY. BETTER PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INC. received unlawful recordings of other tenants without consent or probable cause. So Better Property management Inc. allows others to violate tenants privacy. Don't try and defend yourselves you make yourselves look worse.
