We toured nearly 2 dozen homes to find the perfect one. In the competitive market of the Lehigh Valley, houses would frequently go on and off the market in days. Nick was always getting us great listing opportunities when time was a precious resource. When the home I bought first came on the market, I was out of town and Nick was quick to get an appointment for my mom and aunt to walk around for a virtual tour. Our experience with this agency left us with serious concerns. Initially, we contacted Donna, who was in Florida, and she referred us to Cynthia. During our first tour, Cynthia barely engaged, spending most of her time at the kitchen table. What she did make clear was that her son, Maurice, was a contractor who could handle anything we needed—repairs, moving, you name it. Not long after our home inspection, something troubling happened: the heat was mysteriously turned off in the middle of winter, leading to frozen pipes that subsequently burst!
