I chose them for their years of real estate experience and knowledge about buying and selling in this part of FL, and I am so happy that I did. It had been a long while since I purchased my last home, and I was not at all familiar with the home buying process. I forgot about how many steps there are to buying a home, and all the mental and emotional ups and downs that come with it. They explained all the details to me, and I never felt like I was left in the dark or that they were too busy to answer my questions or discuss my concerns (they also did a fair amount of hand holding without making me feel like I was bothering them).
