I rented a home from Better Homes for three years. They did their biannual inspections. No complaints! I never needed or requested repairs to be done. We took exceptional care of the property. Upon terminating our lease they rushed us to let others view the home, right up to day we were trying to move out. We had the carpets professionally cleaned and the property cleaned. Now I have received a bill after taking my full security deposit for repairs.?! Repairs that included painting and cleaning, normal wear and tear!! Hell, Watson realty gave me my deposit back when I rented from them and I thought they were bad. My advice to anyone is stay away from this group, or just be a really bad tenant because in the long run it won't matter!!! They will cheat you!!

I have now worked with Daniel and his team multiple times, I cannot recommend him enough. Daniel is thoughtful, thorough and true pro at Real Estate. He is a leader and his willingness to help and solve your problem is second to none. If you've come across his review here on Google or somewhere else online, I'd say your search can stop! You've found your guy!

This is the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. They make it a point to harass your tenants, and heavily extort them for money for even the slightest infractions. They pocket 90+% percent of the money they fine our residents, and there isn’t even enough funds left (after their cut) to actually upkeep maintenance on the property (which the tenants invariably fail to do, after having thousands of dollars of fines imposed on them for the most minuscule “violations”). Do yourself a favor, and avoid this company like the plague.
