Extremely Unprofessional Experience with Rob Sparks at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate GoldLeaf We purchased a lot on Madison on 11/06/2025, and the property description clearly stated that “Seller will provide two sets of plans with an ADU and give the buyer the option to choose which plan works best.” However, this promise was never fulfilled. Instead of providing the correct plans, Realtor Rob Sparks gave us floor plans that belonged to someone else, and the rightful owner later contacted us demanding payment for their use. This means the property description was false and misleading. When we brought this issue to his attention, Rob Sparks was rude and refused to take accountability for his mistake.
