We were very pleased with Ron Blacquiere's services. Not only is he a very nice person, but he's also a great realtor! We originally planned to sell our house by owner, but we're so glad we decided to work with Ron instead. His expertise helped us immensely. He helped us to get our house on the market very quickly and it sold well over asking price within a week. Ron's the type of person that will go the extra mile for you--even if it means staying up until 4:30AM in another time zone to field offers! We enjoyed all of our interactions with Ron and would definitely engage him as our realtor if/when we need to sell our house again.

I highly recommend Rachael Bolton and the team at Equinox. I had to sell my late father's home, but I live out of state. Rachael worked with me, long-distance, to help me empty the house, prepare it for sale (she has great local connections) and then get it sold in a short time. She is an excellent communicator and is willing to do whatever it takes (including re-hanging curtains) to get the job done. She advocated for me, the seller, and I was very fortunate to have her on my side!

We absolutely recommend Equinox and Emily Schwin in particular. She was so great to work with, very responsive and helpful, very knowledgeable, and a great team behind her if needed. We never felt like she was pushy on things and she was more than happy to tour tons of homes, even if we knew they were a bit out of our range. She helped us work with the lenders to close in only 21 days, which was incredible. And she helped us set up all the inspections and get quotes for things that we negotiated in our price. We can't thank her enough!

Emily Barnett was a wonderful person to work with. I listed my home and then moved out of state. Emily called me every few days to keep me informed. She is competent, thoughtful, enthusiastic and thorough. I would recommend her to anyone who was interested in either buying or selling property. My home sold quickly and Emily worked with me through the end of escrow. The whole process was took a little less than 2 months. Emily went above and beyond when it came to representing me.

Worked with Michael to purchase my first home. He made time to show me houses in the dark after I got off work, which I greatly appreciated. He showed me all the things to look for when buying a home and made the process so easy and fun. With Michael O’Rourke you get someone who knows what they are doing, that can explain the process to someone not well versed in the lingo and you get a trustworthy friendly face. Couldn’t recommend him enough.
