Bethlehem Tower Apartments

My mom has lived here for about 18 months and truly likes her apartment. The building is secure, you can’t enter without a key fob, which is reassuring. They host events for residents and the food bank comes weekly. I have heard of some residents experiencing pest issues. From what I’ve personally seen, this may be related to certain residents who struggle with hoarding. I’ve walked past open apartments that were in very poor condition, so I can understand how pest problems could develop. I do feel there should be better monitoring or support for these situations, to prevent issues from spreading to other units. Recently, the resident above my mom moved out, and their apartment was in very bad condition and had rats. Unfortunately, during the move, a rat entered my mom’s apartment. Maint

You have to be careful with what you say about the place where people choose to live. All these comments that's negative, please don't take heed to them. These same tenants that's complaining are still are still living there huh. The staff are well-mannered and welcomes newcomers. I praise God for the staff.

They don't keep the seniors safe it is not a good place to live. They let seniors get beat up by the homeless no security.This place is a joke. Yes bedbugs in almost every apartment and rodents as well.They don't care about safety of the seniors or the infestation. They are taking no action to change the situations that occur

Building management inept not able to eradicate the pest control problems such as rats and roaches. I would move elsewhere if I were you.

My mom is a tenant there. No place is perfect, but the staff are well meaning and I think it's probably one of the best run large-scale subsidized housing complexes in the area. I was recently worried about my mom and I could not reach her. I called and spoke to Ms. Lim. She personally checked up on my mom and was very helpful. I've had similar experiences with staff members there and I want to thank them for their work. I know it can be thankless sometimes.
