Bethesda Place Apartments

Lived in the building for the past year. My wife and I loved the place. From the great location in downtown Bethesda, friendly staff, quick response to all requests, spacious apartments and great value for money. Truly recommend!

We have been living at Bethesda Place for almost six years now and are very happy to be here for all sorts of reasons: staff are very friendly and efficient; the building is clean and well maintained, with maintenance orders handled swiftly; all apartments have balconies and large windows; the walls, ceilings and floors are solid so we don't hear our neighbors; every imaginable store, restaurant and service, as well as a weekly farmers market, are within walking distance; the metro is two blocks away; public elementary and high schools are nearby; the plaza behind BP is nicely landscaped and has chairs and tables; and BP has its own parking garage. In short, we feel very fortunate to live here.

Lived there for 1 years. Comfortable, quiet, old-fashioned. Centrally located. The management and staff was always friendly and tried to help. I suspect though that with all these new developments over the last 15 years, the building would not be considered today a top-end property, as it used to be in the past

I've been here almost a year and a half and don't have a single complaint. The entire BP staff is very pleasant and accommodating; the front desk folks are very friendly and helpful; the building maintenance crew is quick to respond to my requests - always polite, helpful and cheerful. The building is spotless from the lobby and hallways to the workout room and parking garage, which is convenient, clean and safe. All in all, a great place to live!

We are a commercial (office) tenant in the Bethesda Place complex. Our organization moved here less than a year ago and have had only the best experiences with the building, it's management and their overall responsiveness to our needs. The property manager and the building engineers and other staff are quick to follow up on any request and have worked to problem solve with us every step along the way. It's a great location, close to Metro and tons of restaurants and hotels, easy parking and a friendly, safe, and clean environment for our staff and many visitors. I highly recommend the commercial space at Bethesda Place.
