Bethany West Apartments

We lived here for two years. The first year was good with the old management as soon as the new management came in it became shady and they’re greedy and they don’t document when you pay rent when you obviously already paid it which eventually screws you over. They never came to fix the plumbing under the sink which forced my family and I to live with black mold. There are crimes and drug deals in this neighborhood daily. Herd gun shots every night. And let’s not talk about the homeless everywhere in this complex it went completely down hill when the current new management came in. The new management of this property is very rude and hatful I wouldn’t never recommend you or your family moving to this complex it’s gross and unsafe.

I live here for a couple months now and it has been the greatest. The new management staff is doing a lot of changes in the community slowly but surely. Maria the property manger helped us find our new home, she made the process easy and smoothly. Highly recommended. Isaac the new maintenance tech knows what he is doing.

I have been living here for 1 year and so far I truly enjoy it. New management took over and I noticed the difference in the community within a month! The office staff are very helpful and nice.

It's really wonderful how the new management and there maintenance team has been able to make the needed changes around here. As well as making sure that the complex is well lite up at night.

Horrible, Horrible place. Do not move here at all. I wish I would've known about this area before I moved here. Highly Dangerous area. Shootings every night, Swat raiding dope houses right next to your apartment. This area Bethany West is unreal. Looking now into tenants rights to break my lease. Nodody should have to live like this.
