Bethany Park Apartments

First of all every apartment complex has there flows. I enjoy living here it's very family friendly and pet friendly everything is close by and the walk is always nice especially with the kids the staff here are super kind I love my Latino people of course they get misunderstood how ever that can apply....but they are attentive and welcoming and will always answer you prompty with any concern you may have I've lived here for a year on may we are definitely doing it for another year rent it affordable and payable in any convenient store around our community

DO NOT RENT HERE !!!! The worst complex I’ve ever lived in. Dalia who is the manager here is a complete liar and has no sympathy for whatever you’re going through. Said multiple time she would help with late fee when I got backed up and never did late fees started adding up like crazy it’s 50$ for the 2nd of the month of late and 10$ for every day after that until your able to pay. These people will show you a remodeled unit and when you finally get approved and getting your keys they will tell you they can give you that apartment because it’s a burnt unit they made me wait three whole weeks to give me the worst apartment to live in. Also the amount of people who just come in parking lot to party is crazy they will have music blasting passed 2 am. O/10 do no recommend save yourself the t

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!!!! worst place i’ve ever lived in. INFESTED with roaches and the staff is EXTREMELY rude. I also overheard the staff talking about how some people are so annoying. The staff workers have no sympathy whatsoever… They will also show you a remodeled apartment and tell you they’re not able to give it to you because the unit is down, following with people BLASTING music past 12 am. SAVE YOUR TIME AND DO NOT RENT HERE ITS DISGUSTING!!!! (THE STAFF LADY NOT TO TRUST IS BARBRA AND DAHLIA) I REPEAT BARBRA AND DALIA WILL TREAT YOU LIKE YOURE NOT HUMAN!!!!!!

"gated community" yet I was told when I asked what was the front gate combo not to worry about it because it never locks as well as exit gate hasn't properly worked for over a year now. They don't pay there maintenance properly to keep a crew let alone have proper upkeep. Managers/secretary are constantly changing making residents life's difficult because they threaten 10 day notices because of lost paperwork them or prior managers have lost. The managers treat residents like they're lucky to have even been blessed by there time and though you have to wait 20 minutes for them to get off the phone with there hubbies to even acknowledge you you then still have to kiss there feet while you patiently wait for them to remember the password just to log on.

Management is constantly changing. When you all how much you need to pay for rent, one person will tell you one amount ant then someone else will tell you something different. They don't have a clue. Lived here for 8 years now and every year our lease gets renewed in different months. Maintenance won't fix anything. When you place a work order, you wait at least a month to six months before they show up to "fix" it. Then it doesn't even get fixed. Apparently not having ac is not important cause you wait weeks before they even look at it. Management threatens with 5 day notices for lease violations but never follows thru with giving them out. Pools are hardly ever open.
