We have moved many times and Jonn and Beth are a top notch team: we couldn’t have asked for anything more for a smooth transaction. Jonn did a great job on our recent home purchase. My spouse and I have historically had a difficult time agreeing on homes. Jonn struck a nice balance between giving us room to have those debates as a couple and providing useful recommendations to help us arrive at a decision. Our ultimate home purchase included a 6 week rent back to the sellers. Jonn stayed involved in the process, even after closing, until the final hand-off was made.
