Some home repair needs led me to a refi situation. My Mortgage broker worked my deal through Best and I am very happy she did. Leslie 'The Problem Solver' was amazing. VERY professional but with a relaxed style and a little humor thrown in from time to time. Leslie was very patient with me, answering every question I had but there weren't many because she a did a great job explaining each form I signed. The process went very quickly and efficiently. Proper expectations were set regarding when I would receive my money, which very quickly followed the 3 day wait period.
