Best Realty

After taking several months to think about this and getting no results, I have decided to speak out against my apartment management agency, Best Realty Management Co. LLC, in Hattiesburg, Ms. I do not suggest anyone renting from this management company. They refuse to do repairs by either completely ignoring them or giving you the run around. I have a balcony and stairs that are unsafe for my child, they have completely disregarded this complaint that was made the first of November. The balcony appears to be coming off of the building, the posts on it are so far apart that my son can walk through them. Their resolution was to put lattice on the inside for my son to climb over. This has not helped, the railing is still extremely poor on the balcony and the stair posts are still super far aw

Well the only problem I had was it was roaches in my apartment because it was empty for months before I move in. They was suppose to send someone to spray but I don't know if they really did. But I never saw anymore roaches after informing them. I move into a clean apartment and left it back clean. I got majority of my deposit back. Plan on renting back with them in a few weeks!

From the time we submitted the applications the manager did not communicate or even say she had made the decision not to rent to us. This delayed us for three days. The manager then sent an unprofessional email laced with profanity and racial slurs to the person trying to rent. Due to this negative experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

horrible landlord. they scrub the negative remarks off the site. best not the best gross owner. illegal acts and activites toward tenants. if she doing that to the tentants i wouldnt trust her she is an awful person.

I am currently a resident in a apartment owned by this company and they are AWFUL! Maintenance never comes when you need them and the lady that works in the office is ALWAYS unprofessional, disrespectful, rude, etc. I suggest that you never do business with them.
